Santa Story
Every year, as the snowflakes began to dance and the air filled with the crisp scent of pine, Santa found himself more excited than usual. Among all the houses he visited on his long journey, Kai’s was the one he always looked forward to the most. Her cozy home, glowing with twinkling lights, wasn’t what made it special—it was Kai herself. Her presence had a way of filling the room with warmth and kindness, a magic more powerful than anything Santa could create. When he arrived, Kai’s sparkling eyes and radiant smile made him feel like he was the one receiving a gift. Always nearby was her cat, Amma, who would perch gracefully on the windowsill, her soft purr adding to the tranquil magic of the moment. Santa would scratch behind Amma’s ears, earning a satisfied meow, before handing Kai a beautifully wrapped present, saying, “I’m so glad to see you, Kai. Thank you for being you.” And every year, her gentle laugh, Amma’s contented presence, and their shared warmth left Santa’s heart lighter and his spirit brighter. As he climbed back into his sleigh, he carried the memory of them, a reminder of all that was good and beautiful in the world.
